Baroneau Gina's 4 year old Oldenburg gelding, Baroneau is by Bugatti Hilltop www.hilltopfarminc.com and out of Epona Mystique by Manhatten. Baroneau has been showing in USDF recognized dressage shows this past summer at First level. His scores always have been in the mid to upper 60's. Comments by judges have been quite complementary like: 'Lovely mover', 'Expressive gaits', 'some really nice stuff with this horse', 'Lovely, athletic horse with so much potential. He will be a star', and 'Great career ahead'. He received many 7's and 8's in his tests. He is now schooling 2nd level with hopes to show at that level in early spring 2010. Keep up the great work! News Flash!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gina and Baroneau have just been named 2009 Houston Dressage Society's Yearend Champion at First Level! Congratulations! Dressage Arena The new dressage arena has been completed! We've removed 25 pine trees and bulldozed the area to level. The railroad ties were put into place around the edges to hold the footing in. Several loads of sand were delivered and spread, and the dressage letters are up. The footing is awesome on this new arena and the drainage is great. After a few days of heavy rain, the arena is rideable usually the next day. We plan to enjoy many years of riding here in this great setting!
